This month we're releasing a brand new eCourse exclusively for Small Steps Members! The Small Steps Food Series will be 4 x week-long programs focussed on each individual meal of the day.
Of course, we kick things off in October with the Small Steps Breakfast Series!
Over five days I’ll introduce the most SIMPLE and delicious whole food breakfast ideas. It’s great fun and a helpful reminder that getting ‘back on track’ is far simpler than we make it out to be. If you were a participant in the Small Steps to Wholefoods - this will look familiar. But it’s all been refreshed and upgraded.
There were a stack of expert interviews throughout the SSTW and I have decided to edit down the most important parts for you to watch each day. Of course, you can with the extended interviews in The Vault - but sometimes we want to go straight to the good stuff, right?
