You can also access our Facebook group to ask questions, to share a win (or frustration!), to view our Monthly Q&A sessions and lean in to a safe and supportive space any time.
And each Monday I'll send you an email with a new Small Step to take. Each month we roll out our themes:
First Monday: A simplifying hack or tool or task
Second Monday: Recipes, meal plans, all the food inspo!
Third Monday: We work on your mind/thoughts/patterns with mindset tools.
Fourth Friday: we celebrate our Member of the Month and I answer all your questions in a LIVE Q&A session.
