We cover the consequences (the good and the ugly!) of uncovering your stories and you receive a good reminder to be gentle with yourself and encouragement to keep going.
This lesson pulls everything you have learnt together and reminds you that you are POWERFUL!
Homework
Record a one minute video and post it in the Facebook Group sharing one story that you uncovered about yourself during Ready for Change and 1) what it has meant for you to realise this is just a story and 2) the story that you are replacing it with.
Go on - be brave!
But, if this feels like too big a leap - write it instead.
