Absolutely! Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Your Account’ tab at the top and you’ll see the option to update your details

Oh no! We are likely sending them to you - sometimes they go to your junk folder though, so check there first! A few things to try:
- If you do find any emails in your junk folder be sure to click on ‘mark as not junk’ (or similar)
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts
- Gmail users - Check your ‘promotions’ tab and drag the email across to your primary folder - click Yes to do this for all emails from Lisa

USing the content
Click on the audio link and then download from Soundcloud to your computer. You can then save the file to your phone or device for listening on the go
Click on the link to open the PDF, it will automatically save to your ‘downloads’ folder if on a computer. Some of the PDF’s can be typed into - these only work on computer (not mobile devices) and you need to use Adobe Reader to open them. Type away and click ‘save as’ to save your changes.
