Avocado on sourdough
Antipasto plate AKA leftovers!
Avocado on sourdough (serves 2)
GF, DF, Veg
For a quick breakfast. There’s nothing better than ‘avo on toast’!
- • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted (or G/F bread, or bread of choice)
- • 1 avocado
- • Butter
- • Salt and Pepper
- • Juice of 1 lemon
- 1. Toast your bread.
- 2. Butter the toast.
- 3. Spread avocado thickly over the top and squeeze lemon juice over the
- top along with freshly cracked salt and pepper
