Get Prepared!
PREPARE ON THE WEEKEND
Let’s get prepared!
While below might look like a massive list of things to make, the preparation for most of it is super quick and you are going to love yourself crazy for having all these bits and pieces ready to go.
Of course, if not all gets prepared, your week is not over before it starts!
The one thing you really need to do is the Bircher Muesli or Granola - make sure breakfast is ready for yourself on Monday morning if you’re following the meal plan.
Remember that the preparation of food can be fun for kids and partners to get involved with. Kids love rolling bliss balls, peeling boiled eggs, grating zucchini. I find that taking part in food preparation means my kids are always willing to try new things.
Well……most of the time!
Enjoy the weekend preparation

Pantry Staples
I’ve broken down everything you need!
Watch the videos as I walk you through Pantry Staples and also the food you will need to go out and buy fresh.
These videos contain lots of helpful advice about simple upgrades to pantry staples - and alternatives you can use if you don’t have any of the fancier stuff.
Remember - I’ve been doing this ‘wholefoods’ thing for a while. Be happy to start this Reset with where you are at - no huge overhauls necessary!
(Oh and you’ll note - I forgot to mention bacon in the Meat Vid. Here’s my take on bacon - buy the best quality you can afford. Naturally smoked from a good butcher, nitrate-free even better. But that’s a bigger conversation for another day….)
