Night time breakfast

No, not really eating breakfast at night - but PREPARING breakfast at night.

You deserve to have a nourishing breakfast - just like everyone else you’re preparing for. So let’s make it easy.

Here is a super nourishing breakfast recipe that you can make the night before and then eat in the morning. I have stacks of great, quick breakfast ideas on the blog and I make cooking videos for my members each month. This is from inside the membership - including for you so that you can declutter your mornings by making breakfast the night before!

If this recipe doesn’t work for you - then have a think about what you could do to ensure that something delicious and nourishing is fitted in to your morning routine. Take the decision away from the mornings and do it at night!

Oh and for the gluten-free peeps— I've also added my Granola Recipe below (I decided to include it because I don’t want you missing out!)

Basic Bircher Muesli



1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1 level tsp cinnamon
1 apple grated
small squeeze of lemon juice or a few drops of apple cider vinegar
2 cups milk (dairy or dairy free) + more if not completely covered with liquid


1. Put all ingredients in a container and stir until well combined
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight
3. In the morning add your choice of toppings – nuts, seeds, berries, fruit – and extra milk if required
