Set your alarm!

No - not in the mornings.

At night.

Sound bizarre?

I guess it kind of is, but in this age of social media scrolling and mindless TV watching - we need to take control! So many of us are tired and so many of us hate it when we don’t go to bed at a decent hour. We’ve cluttered our nights with ridiculous things.

So let’s declutter night time and set the damn alarm. On my iPhone there is a section in the clock section called Bedtime. It looks like this:

I know I operate better when I get 8 hours sleep. Most of us do. And I like waking up early in the mornings to get some bits and pieces done and enjoy the quiet. Which means 9:30pm is my ‘bedtime’.

Here’s the kick when you set this on your phone…. At 9:15pm I get a little reminder alarm. Without it I probably wouldn’t realise that it was suddenly 10:30pm.

It’s been a game-changer and I encourage you to give it a go if night time’s are cluttered with activities that you don’t really need to be doing.
