He is very symptomatic – hives, very itchy red skin, puffy eyes, severe eczema etc. While under the guidance of an allergist & dietician which is great for the medical check. Lavania was still wondering if there are any meal plans or recipes in Small steps vault specifically for allergies as above or even handy resources/apps that would help me meal plan for the whole family so I can gradually introduce these foods to bub without the rest of the family having to restrict these foods from their diet.
27:29 Karoline asks Lisa about money and money stories with children: What are you saying to your kids (in the practical, day to day buying and paying) about money, abundance, choices with money etc? I want to create a platform for the kids to make sound financial choices when they’re grown but also spare them from the money doesn’t grow on trees story.
