The easiest way I find to get my children to eat veggies!
- • Veggies of choice - Beetroot, S pOtato, Potato, parsnip, zucchini
- • Olive oil or coconut oil
- • Salt
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Thinly slice your chosen veggies.
- Lay in a single layer on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and salt.
- Bake for approx 40 minutes - turning once (keep an eye on them, some veggies will cook faster than others).
