Wholefoods Chocolate Icing
- • 100 g cashews *
- • 80-100 g avocado (approx one medium avo)
- • 6 medjool dates
- • 1 heaped tbls or 30g raw cacao
- • 2 tbls / 50g raw honey
- • 2 tbls / 50g water
- Put all items in a high speed blender for two minutes. In the thermomix I do speed 4-5 and scrape down the sides a few times.
- * For a smoother result soak cashews in water for fifteen minutes before hand and drain before use. Or grind down into a cashew meal.
- ** Soak the dates in boiling water for five minutes and drain before use for an even smoother result
