Tasty Dipping Sauce
- • Natural yoghurt (I use the Five:am organic natural yoghurt which is full fat and sugar free – the best kind. A good greek yoghurt would work well too)
- • Dill (fresh or dried)
- • Juice of half a lemon
- • salt and pepper (if you choose - I didn’t)
- Mix it all in together. Adjust the amounts to suit your taste. Easy, simple, healthy.
