- • 2 cups raw almonds (or sunflower seeds for nut free)
- • 1 tbsp tamari
- • 2 tbsp macadamia oil
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with paper.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together until almonds are well coated.
- Spread almonds evenly over tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before transferring to a glass jar where they can be stored for several weeks.
