Butterflied Chicken and Salad
- • 1 whole chicken
- • 1 zucchini
- • half an onion
- • handful of watercress (chopped in tmx speed 7.3 seconds)
- • salt
- • olive oil
- Bake on a bed of zucchini, onion and watercress for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Make sure to spread it over the top with salt and olive oil.
- You can also make a salad of watercress, avocado, tomato, cucumber, sauerkraut and balsamic and the baked zucchini. Deeeeeelicious!
